Partners Vanessa Higgins, a Certified Financial Planner™ and Julie Higgins manage HBC. Together, they have 11 years of experience as CEO and CFO and are recognized for innovative strategies, achieving financial goals, and developing leadership teams.
Vanessa Higgins
Vanessa, a seasoned CFP with 20+ years of financial and operational management experience, is a trusted partner to organizational leaders. She elevates efficiency and growth through best practices. As a former international non-profit CFO, Vanessa worked with executives and government officials to optimize operations, data collection, and standards. She's also an adept business coach, fostering leadership development, and excels in budgeting, forecasting, cost reduction, working capital improvement, and process enhancement.
Julie Higgins
Julie excels in corporate strategy, execution, and change management, skillfully navigating C-suite transitions and addressing frontline issues. Her remarkable interpersonal skills enable her to connect with staff at all levels, backed by over 30 years of experience in innovative corporate strategies and 12 years as a CEO. Additionally, she is a seasoned negotiator and mediator, adept at resolving conflicts within diverse contexts, from communities to international corporations.
